Founded in 2005, BRL TRUST Investimentos started its activities in the provision of fiduciary services in private credit operations. At the end of its first year of operations, BRL TRUST Investimentos already had more than 100 credit operations in which it acted as Fiduciary Intervener. The reliability resulting from the seriousness and rigor of the services provided by BRL TRUST Investimentos has broadened and diversified the demands of its clients.

Daniela Bonifacio

Managing Partner

Responsible for the legal and compliance department of the Investment Funds area of BRL TRUST Investimentos. Responsible for the structuring and monitoring of investment fund operations, as well as the creation and verification of compliance controls. Lawyer, graduated in Law from PUC-SP, with an MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She is a member of the Investment Funds Committee and of the Sub-Committee of Real Estate Investment Funds of ANBIMA.

Danilo Barbieri

Managing Partner

Partner-Director of BRL TRUST Investimentos, responsible for the Funds Administration Area. He began his career in 1999 at Banco Santander Brasil SA, where he was responsible for the areas of Relationship, Products, Commercial, culminating in the position of Country Head of Santander Securities Services from January 2011 to March 2016, when he joined BRL TRUST Investments.

Eduardo Soluri

Managing Partner

Responsible for the Technology Area of BRL TRUST Investimentos. Graduated in data processing by Faculdade da Cidade, now Univercidade, with a specialization in Advanced Internet Studies by COPPE-UFRJ. He has more than 20 years of experience in the technological area, with deep knowledge in systems architecture, infrastructure and in mission critical application projects. He has led several teams in large projects in the financial, entertainment and telecommunication areas, especially in the integration of systems and solutions for communication of hybrid platforms. He is responsible for the areas of Information Security, Architecture / Development, Data Management and Infrastructure.

Rodrigo Cavalcante

Managing Partner

Partner-Director of BRL TRUST Investimentos. Accountant, Bachelor of Laws, MBA in Business Management by FGV and duly authorized by the CVM, declaratory act 11,940 of September 21, 2011. He began his career in 1993 at Banco Itaú SA in the Capital Markets Department directly linked to Fund Administration, Custody and Controllership. He left Banco Itaú S.A. after 17 years, to join BRL TRUST Investimentos in 2010, as director, being responsible for the area of Portfolio Management. In December 2013, he became partner of BRL TRUST Investimentos.

Fabio Leite Cesar

People and Culture Director

More than fifteen years in leadership and people management positions in national and multinational companies, Fabio is responsible for People and Culture at BRL. Strong knowledge of HR strategic management with proven experience in structuring and implementing HR departments as well as in mergers and acquisitions. Bachelor degree in Social Communication from FAAP and a MBA from ESPM. Coaching certified by SBC (Brazilian Coaching Society) and Practitioner by the Brazilian Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Leandro Revoredo

General Operations Manager

General Operations Manager

Economist, working for over 30 years in the financial and capital markets at institutions such as Bradesco, Sudameris, Abn Amro Real, Unibanco and Itaú. For 20 years he held leadership and people management positions and in 2020 he joined BRL TRUST, being responsible for the area of Administration, Custody and Controlling of Investment Funds.

Mário Seganti Athayde Jr., FRM®, CFP®, CAMS

Compliance and Data Protection Officer

Responsible for the Compliance, DPO and Internal Controls Area of BRL TRUST Investimentos. Master in Economics from FGV-SP. He began his career as a trainee in the Capital Markets Area of Banco Itaú S.A., where he worked for 16 years. In this institution its first functions were in the area of Market Risk and Pricing of Assets of the investment funds and managed portfolios. Later, he began to work in the areas of Compliance, Internal Controls and Operational Risks of the bank itself and Kinea Investimentos Ltda (a company controlled by Banco Itaú SA and focused on the management of alternative investments), where he served as Compliance Officer. He holds the certifications FRM® (Financial Risk Manager), CFP® (Certified Financial Planner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) and CGA® (Portfolio Manager Certification ANBIMA).

Mariza Zanoti

Administrative Manager

Graduated in Business Administration and postgraduate in Finance Administration, experience in Financial Administration, Controlling, Accounting, Auditing, Financial Planning, Tax, Costs, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Treasury, and Payroll. She started in BRL in 2008 and is currently responsible for the administrative area.

Reinaldo Sacucci

Pricing Manager

Responsible for the Management of Custody and Controlling of the Investment Funds of BRL TRUST Investimentos, MBA by the Vanzolini Foundation for Strategic Management of Bank Operations – USP and a graduate in Business Administration. Developed a process of verification of the necessary controls for the accompanying valuations of the assets in portfolio, follow-up of the procedures and accounting decisions, responsible for the pricing and accounting committee. Professional with experience in the Financial area, being 19 years in the coordination of people and 23 years in the Capital Markets area.

Robson Christian dos Reis

Custody and Controllership Director

Responsible for the Areas of Custody and Controlling of Funds of BRL TRUST Investimentos. Accountant, with specialization in Corporate Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He started in the area of ​​accounting for investment funds, working at Banco Safra S.A., from 03/1997 to 12/1999. Subsequently, he worked at Banco Itaú S.A., from 12/1999 to 03/2012. Since 2012 he is responsible for the Accounting and Legal Information Area of ​​investment funds in BRL TRUST, assuming the Custody Area in 2018.
